Get crafty
Whether it's crochet, knitting or sewing you love best, getting crafty could help boost donkey welfare standards all around the world.
Get knitting
Since Woolley first arrived at the Sanctuary, he and his adorable knitted donkey friends have been growing in popularity every year. They are knitted by supporters and then sold in our visitors’ centre to raise funds to support the charity.
If you can't wait to get your hands on one, you can also buy your own Woolley donkey online. We're now calling our supporters to get knitting and help raise money for our worldwide work.
Get hooked
So many of our supporters have asked if they can help fundraise for us, but aren't able to make the adorable Woolleys because their skills lie in being able to crochet.
Crochet Neddy - another of Woolley’s friends - to show your support for donkeys in need.
Get sewing
Have fun making beautiful felt donkeys to help The Donkey Sanctuary care for donkeys and mules all over the world. Fill them with lavender for a fresh summer scent, or cloves or cinnamon for a Christmas fragrance.
Once you've created your little felt donkeys, simply post them to us. These donkeys look great hanging everywhere from a Christmas tree to a car as an air freshener.
