Planning your visit
To help keep everyone safe, we have limited the number of on-site visitors. Learn more about our new visitor experience.
To help us manage this, we are implementing a booking system for visits between:
- 10am - 12noon
- 1pm - 3pm
Opening times
- Saturdays: 10am - 12noon and 1pm - 3pm.
- First Sunday of the month: 10am - 12noon and 1pm - 3pm.
Additional 2023 dates
- Friday 4, 11, 18 and 25 August.
Can I bring my dog?
Dogs are not allowed at The Donkey Sanctuary Belfast, so we would please ask that you do not bring them with you.

By car
M2, Junction 5: From Junction 5, turn left onto the A57. Turn right, following the sign to Ballymartin Road to reach The Donkey Sanctuary Belfast.
